The audit is built for the questions that carry real budget: what to fix first, what is safe to build now, and how to weigh what vendors are proposing. Over three to four weeks I work inside your business, interviewing executives and senior staff about what you're trying to achieve, then examining your data estate as it really operates: infrastructure, pipelines, governance, quality, ownership, and how people use (or work around) what's there.
You receive a substantial written report: key findings, a maturity assessment across core domains, and a prioritised roadmap that puts foundation work first, then what it unlocks. Every recommendation is traceable to something found in your business, so the plan can be defended to a board, handed to a delivery team, or used to hold a vendor to account. The report stands on its own, with no dependency on further work from me.
